The most reproducible FBXL16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Primary alcohol biosynthetic process, Negative regulation of cholesterol efflux, and Purine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with FBXL16 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL16-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL16 results are reported.
