Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXL14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXL14 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher FBXL14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXL14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and LUSC are the cancer types where FBXL14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
