Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBXL14 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBXL14 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FBXL14 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBXL14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and LUAD are the cancer types where FBXL14 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
