FBXL14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBXL14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBXL14-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, NF2, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with FBXL14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL14-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by FBXL14-low versus FBXL14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBXL14→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBXL14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
