Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXL14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,256 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXL14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Nucleosome disassembly, and Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with FBXL14 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL14-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA alternative polyadenylation grouped by FBXL14-low versus FBXL14-high in BONE.
