Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBXL14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBXL14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSM6, CFHR2, and AMELY. Each is linked with FBXL14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBXL14-to-partner and partner-to-FBXL14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACSM6 grouped by FBXL14-low versus FBXL14-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
