FBRS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBRS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,393 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBRS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR194-1, RPS27L, and NCR1. Each is linked with FBRS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBRS-to-partner and partner-to-FBRS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR194-1 grouped by FBRS-low versus FBRS-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
