FBRS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBRS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,534 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBRS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB27B, SLC25A25, and MAGIX. Each is linked with FBRS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBRS-to-partner and partner-to-FBRS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FBRS versus RAB27B in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
