FBRS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBRS protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 936 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBRS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Metaphase/anaphase transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Interstrand cross-link repair. Each is linked with FBRS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBRS-to-partner and partner-to-FBRS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by FBRS-low versus FBRS-high in PANCREAS.

protein abundance associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
