FBRS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBRS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 820 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBRS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPC1L, MOGAT3, and OR4F21. Each is linked with FBRS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBRS-to-partner and partner-to-FBRS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPC1L grouped by FBRS-low versus FBRS-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBRS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBRS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
