FBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, Heregulin, and JNK2. Each is linked with FBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBP2-to-partner and partner-to-FBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by FBP2-low versus FBP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
