FBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGSL1, RBMY1J, and ARMH2. Each is linked with FBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBP2-to-partner and partner-to-FBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RGSL1 grouped by FBP2-low versus FBP2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
