FBLN7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBLN7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,963 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBLN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are JMJD6, DHDDS, and SEC61GP1. Each is linked with FBLN7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBLN7-to-partner and partner-to-FBLN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JMJD6 grouped by FBLN7-low versus FBLN7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBLN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBLN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
