Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBLIM1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,243 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FBLIM1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of proteolysis, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with FBLIM1P2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBLIM1P2-to-partner and partner-to-FBLIM1P2 results are reported.
