FBLIM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBLIM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBLIM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, FASN, and INPP4B. Each is linked with FBLIM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBLIM1-to-partner and partner-to-FBLIM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by FBLIM1-low versus FBLIM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBLIM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBLIM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
