FBL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,345 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPV, SERHL, and FAM136A. Each is linked with FBL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBL-to-partner and partner-to-FBL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPV grouped by FBL-low versus FBL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBL→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
