Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FBH1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FBH1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher FBH1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FBH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where FBH1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
