FBH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FBH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,074 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FBH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRG1, BNIP1, and CEP78. Each is linked with FBH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FBH1-to-partner and partner-to-FBH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DRG1 grouped by FBH1-low versus FBH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FBH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FBH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
