FAXC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAXC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAXC-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTBD16, OR9G1, and LRRC72. Each is linked with FAXC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAXC-to-partner and partner-to-FAXC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTBD16 grouped by FAXC-low versus FAXC-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAXC→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAXC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
