FAU

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 172 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAU-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4701, MIR3193, and URGCP-MRPS24. Each is linked with FAU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAU-to-partner and partner-to-FAU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4701 grouped by FAU-low versus FAU-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAU→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
