Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FATE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FATE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, ER-alpha, and FASN. Each is linked with FATE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FATE1-to-partner and partner-to-FATE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by FATE1-low versus FATE1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FATE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FATE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
