FATE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FATE1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FATE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BIRC3, CYP26B1, and C1orf112. Each is linked with FATE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FATE1-to-partner and partner-to-FATE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BIRC3 grouped by FATE1-low versus FATE1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FATE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FATE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
