FAT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,562 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIS18A, MAD2L1, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with FAT4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAT4-to-partner and partner-to-FAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
