FAT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,494 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS4, MSH4, and SIGIRR. Each is linked with FAT4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAT4-to-partner and partner-to-FAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
