FASTKD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FASTKD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,316 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FASTKD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ORC4, ORC5, and ORC3. Each is linked with FASTKD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASTKD2-to-partner and partner-to-FASTKD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FASTKD2 versus ORC4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASTKD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASTKD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
