FASTKD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FASTKD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,697 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FASTKD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD3P1, RNU6-36P, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with FASTKD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASTKD2-to-partner and partner-to-FASTKD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD3P1 grouped by FASTKD2-low versus FASTKD2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASTKD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASTKD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
