FASTKD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FASTKD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,292 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FASTKD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHCTF1, MARS2, and TFB2M. Each is linked with FASTKD1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASTKD1-to-partner and partner-to-FASTKD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FASTKD1 versus AHCTF1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASTKD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASTKD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
