FASTKD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FASTKD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FASTKD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FOXO3a, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with FASTKD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASTKD1-to-partner and partner-to-FASTKD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by FASTKD1-low versus FASTKD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASTKD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASTKD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
