FASN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FASN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,408 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FASN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, FASN_S207, and MPHOSPH10. Each is linked with FASN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASN-to-partner and partner-to-FASN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FASN versus ADNP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
