FASN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FASN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,610 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FASN-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA2, PYCR1, and ALYREF. Each is linked with FASN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASN-to-partner and partner-to-FASN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FASN versus KPNA2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
