FASN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FASN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,483 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FASN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH4, AK6, and HSPA9. Each is linked with FASN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASN-to-partner and partner-to-FASN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH4 grouped by FASN-low versus FASN-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
