FASN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FASN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FASN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, Lck, and JNK2. Each is linked with FASN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FASN-to-partner and partner-to-FASN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by FASN-low versus FASN-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FASN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FASN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
