FAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,931 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1G, ARHGAP45, and TRIM22. Each is linked with FAS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAS-to-partner and partner-to-FAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAS versus MYO1G in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
