FAS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,349 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOL3, TRIM22, and JAML. Each is linked with FAS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAS-to-partner and partner-to-FAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAS versus APOL3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
