FAS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAS protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,849 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB5, TRIM21, and TRIM22. Each is linked with FAS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAS-to-partner and partner-to-FAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAS versus PSMB5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
