FARSB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FARSB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,775 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FARSB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARPP19P2, C1QBPP1, and CDC42P2. Each is linked with FARSB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARSB-to-partner and partner-to-FARSB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARPP19P2 grouped by FARSB-low versus FARSB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FARSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FARSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
