FARSB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FARSB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,655 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FARSB-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCL, MRTO4, and PAICS. Each is linked with FARSB in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARSB-to-partner and partner-to-FARSB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FARSB versus NCL in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FARSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FARSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
