FARSB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FARSB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FARSB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNDC8, KRTAP10-2, and C16orf96. Each is linked with FARSB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARSB-to-partner and partner-to-FARSB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNDC8 grouped by FARSB-low versus FARSB-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FARSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FARSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
