FARS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FARS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,516 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRB2, WTAP, and MAF. Each is linked with FARS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARS2-to-partner and partner-to-FARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FARS2 versus ADGRB2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
