FARP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FARP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 443 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FARP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS58, KRT71, and DMRTC2. Each is linked with FARP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARP1-to-partner and partner-to-FARP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS58 grouped by FARP1-low versus FARP1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FARP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FARP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
