FARP1-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FARP1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,027 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FARP1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA splicing, Negative regulation of mRNA processing, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation. Each is linked with FARP1-AS1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FARP1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FARP1-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of RNA splicing grouped by FARP1-AS1-low versus FARP1-AS1-high in KIRP.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FARP1-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FARP1-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
