FAR2P4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAR2P4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAR2P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LUADT1, RNU6-399P, and DEFB135. Each is linked with FAR2P4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAR2P4-to-partner and partner-to-FAR2P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LUADT1 grouped by FAR2P4-low versus FAR2P4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAR2P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAR2P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
