FAR2P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAR2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,173 significant associations in total. PCPG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAR2P3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAR2P2, KLF2P3, and KLF2P2. Each is linked with FAR2P3 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAR2P3-to-partner and partner-to-FAR2P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FAR2P3 versus FAR2P2 in PRAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAR2P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAR2P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
