Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAR2P1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAR2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Ku80, and p70-S6K. Each is linked with FAR2P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAR2P1-to-partner and partner-to-FAR2P1 results are reported.
