FAR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4K1, OR52A5, and GSTA5. Each is linked with FAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAR2-to-partner and partner-to-FAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4K1 grouped by FAR2-low versus FAR2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
