Across TCGA patient cohorts, FAR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,005 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GGA3_S159, C11orf58, and ATOX1. Each is linked with FAR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAR1-to-partner and partner-to-FAR1 results are reported.
