Across TCGA cell cohorts, FAR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,917 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FAR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Microtubule organizing center organization, and Centrosome duplication. Each is linked with FAR1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FAR1-to-partner and partner-to-FAR1 results are reported.
