FANCM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FANCM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,283 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANCM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, COX7A2, and CDKN3. Each is linked with FANCM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCM-to-partner and partner-to-FANCM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FANCM→partner) and Y-score (partner→FANCM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
