FANCG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FANCG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 335 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FANCG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP60, RNU6-290P, and MIR6839. Each is linked with FANCG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FANCG-to-partner and partner-to-FANCG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FANCG→partner) and Y-score (partner→FANCG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
