Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FANCF Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FANCF data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher FANCF Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FANCF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, HNSC, and LUSC are the cancer types where FANCF Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
